Returns & Exchange

Return window: 14 days · Refunds within 3-10 business days

You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange or return:

  • The item must be unworn.
  • The item must be unwashed and free from any odors.
  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging.
  • All original tags and labels must remain attached.
  • The brand Tote Bag included with the order must also be returned.

Requests that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

What you can't return

For health and hygiene reasons, products classified as underwear cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes the following product:

  • Minimalist Tank

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, the wrong size, or an incorrect item, please contact us via WhatsApp and provide your order number along with a photo of the product. We will arrange to collect the product and either replace it or issue a full refund, including the delivery fee paid.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange the size or color, please contact us via WhatsApp. Your exchange request will be processed once we confirm that it meets the exchange and return conditions stated above. No additional delivery fee will be charged for the first exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned products, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return conditions. If your return is approved, we will submit your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds to KNET typically take 3–7 business days, while refunds to other bank cards may take up to 14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Only the cost of the returned products will be refunded. Original delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
