Return window: 14 days · Refunds within 7 business days
You can return most items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and check the return. Faulty items are covered separately — see "Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items" below.
What you can return
Full-price items in unworn, resellable condition, with original packaging and tags intact, within 14 days of delivery.
What you can't return
For hygiene and safety reasons: underwear, swimwear where the hygiene seal has been broken, pierced jewellery, and personalised or made-to-order items. Items marked "final sale" are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. None of this affects your rights if an item is faulty.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
This is your right under Kuwait's Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014, and it is not limited by the 14-day window above. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange collection at our cost and — at your choice — repair it, replace it, or refund it in full, including the delivery fee you paid.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or colour, request a return and place a new order. This is faster than a swap and means your new item ships without waiting for the return to reach us.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. KNET refunds typically clear the same day or within a few working days; card refunds usually clear within 5–10 business days after we process them, depending on your bank. We refund the item price. The original delivery fee is refunded only where the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item.
