Terms & Conditions

Last updated 22 July 2026

These terms govern your use of this store and any order you place with us. By browsing or buying, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send your order confirmation email after payment is authorised. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or the payment cannot be verified — and we will refund any amount already charged in full.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD). Kuwait does not currently apply VAT or sales tax to these purchases, so the price you see is the price you pay, plus any delivery fee shown at checkout. Payment is taken through our payment provider; we never store your full card details. Obvious pricing errors are not binding on us — if we spot one we'll contact you, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery, returns, and exchanges

Delivery areas, fees, and timings are on our Delivery page. Your return and refund rights are on our Returns & Exchange page. Nothing in these terms reduces the rights you have under Kuwait's Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014.

Your account

Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently.

Product information

We work to show colours, sizing, and descriptions accurately. Slight variation between screens and the physical item is normal and is not a fault. Where a size guide is provided, use it as guidance rather than a guarantee of fit.

Intellectual property

The store name, logo, product imagery, and page copy belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Liability

We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including your non-waivable rights under Kuwait's Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction. If something goes wrong, contact us first — we would rather put it right directly. You may also raise a complaint with the Consumer Protection Department at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
